Canada Post Strike

Canada Post workers are on a National Strike, which means parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike by Canada Post. As a result we can not use Canada Post as a delivery method and will be relying on UPS, Fedex & Purolator courier services.
This will effect shipping to:
- PO Boxes
- Small towns, remote cities, remote or rural areas
- Outside of Continental North America
PO Boxes: Please choose an alternate shipping address.
Couriers do not ship to PO Boxes.
(Please note, we do not ship to Freight Forwarder agents or companies)
Small towns, remote cities, remote or rural areas:
Depending on your location, some couriers may not do door delivery and you will be required to pick up at a pickup location, if there is no pickup location in the town/city you live, they will select a town/city near by that provides one. Shipping surcharges* might be required.
Outside of Continental North America: using courier shipping can be double the price of shipping with Canada Post. Any orders placed will be charged an additional surcharge, you will be contacted and invoiced separately.
(Please note, we do not ship to Freight Forwarder agents or companies).
*Shipping surcharge: select areas in Canada & United States might require a shipping surcharge to cover any substantially higher courier fees if they occur. We contact you & will send you a separate invoice.
Dec 1 2024: Courier Delays: Due to the holiday rush, postal strike and over load of shipments with couriers, even though we strive to process your order by the next business day, your parcel pickup can be delayed by the courier for up to 48 hours until you see your first scan. We have been experiencing pauses in pickups by couriers, this is to allow the couriers to sort and deliver parcels currently in their system, before they accept new ones.
There are no guarantees in shipping times, even with Express shipping we are experiencing delays and parcels moving slower than usual.
Expect significant delays and possible changes in your delivery dates and out for delivery notices.
Couriers are working hard to get those packages delivered :)
Thank you so much for your supporting small businesses like ours!
