Shipping Surcharges

Surcharge for large or heavy items.
Please choose the appropriate shipping category for each item shipped that is oversized or heavy.  This charge will be in addition to any shipping charges calculated at the checkout.

Note:  if you do not select the appropriate surcharge, you order will not be shipped until the surcharge is paid.
